We manufacture metal and soft metal gaskets, such as spiral wound gaskets and comb profile gaskets, on state-of-the-art CNC machines in our turning shop. We can supply you with dimensionally accurate gaskets for the highest loads up to a diameter of 1600 mm in one piece.

In our modern cutting centre, we produce high-precision and flexible flat gaskets on both our laser cutting system and our flatbed plotter. This enables us to produce high-precision sealing technology made of metal and non-metallic materials very quickly, whether in small batches or series production. The maximum sheet size for laser and plotter is 1500 x 3000 mm.

Our extensive warehousing is state-of-the-art and is managed with the help of a modern inventory management system. We are constantly investing to ensure that we remain competitive in this area, and will be working with four new vertical lifts from 2024.
